We’re looking for a reliable Customer Service Representative to join our team and assist with day-to-day customer service support of our customer base.

International Bottle Corp is a manufacturer of plastic bottles for the consumer industry, specializing in PET and HDPE plastic. At Bottlecorp we aim to provide our clients with superior quality Canadian made products.

**Your role here**

From Day 1, you will be a reliable point of contact for our customers for any information required. Some of the duties will include sales order entry, tracking orders, scheduling shipments, processing invoices, and providing administrative support as needed. You will also have interactions with the MFG plant and work closely with the Customer Service Manager.

**Your experience and background**
- Typically 2 years of customer service experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- A real pro at creative problem solving
- Multi-tasking and organizational skills
- Proficiency with Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

Pay: $47,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
