As a Agent team member, you will possess superior customer service skills. Our environment is based on mutual respect where you will be making your own decisions while getting maximum support from the Agent. Main ResponsibilitiesAssisting our customers with their payments/billingExecute changes to customer auto and home insurance policiesCommunicate with car dealerships and lawyers’ officesFollow up on underwriting documentation requestsLiaise with the Desjardins Marketing RepresentativeEmail correspondenceAnswer customer incoming phone callsProvide overall excellent customer service experience. QualificationsOTL License is preferred, but not required at hiringLLQP Life Insurance License is preferred, but not required at hiringExcellent communication skills both written and oralOut-going personality that enjoys speaking with peopleSuperior social media skills- Facebook, Linkedin, TwitterAttention to detailAbility to work independently and in a team environmentSelf-MotivatedSuperior computer skillsSocial media savvy CompensationWe offer a competitive compensation package which includes base salary, commission, bonus, health and dental benefits, paid vacation, personal and sick time off These positions are with an independent contractor agent that is part of the Desjardins exclusive agent network, not with Desjardins Group or its subsidiaries.
