Position:
The Customer Service Rep. supports the Company by matching our safety products with each customer’s needs. You will be providing quality customer service in an efficient, knowledgeable, and timely manner. Crucially, you will share the founder’s commitment to protecting people and appropriately represent our brand and values with all customer and stakeholder interactions.

**Responsibilities include**:

- processing sales orders
- invoicing customers
- responding promptly and efficiently to inquiries from current and prospective customers
- handling other sales related tasks assigned,
- EDI and customer product template uploads
- crystal reporting
- Assist and provide administrative support to the businesses as needed.
- Provide e-comm support for the maintenance and administration of on-line content and assets for authorized e-tail partners
- Responsible to know all product availability, use benefits and pricing structure
- Responsible for keeping customer records current and file all necessary documents utilizing the CRM database.
- Responsible for product knowledge to answer customer questions Greet customers and create rapport
- Responsible for handling customer inquiries, providing appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and provide follow u to ensure the customer is satisfied.
- Support sales and marketing projects as needed

**Qualifications**:

- Successful completion of a post secondary diploma or equivalent experience.
- 2 years of successful customer service experience
- Experience working in a technical or industrial organization, providing customer service and inside sales support.
- Strong analytical skills Proficient working knowledge of CRM/ERP databases and software

**Skills**:

- Embraces a growth mindset with a desire to learn a wide range of skills, especially within customer service, marketing, sales and project management.
- Bilingual (English and French) would be an asset

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $50,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
