**Job Title**: Technology Support Analyst II
**Location**: G3 Head Office
**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Collaborate with vendors and internal stakeholders to develop and maintain systems architectural artifacts
- Work within a cross-functional team of App Admins, DBAs, and DevOps teams to specify, design, develop, test, and implement cloud services and solutions. Continuously improve the triage and escalation process for system availability.
- Developing and maintaining technical documentation for multiple environments
- Identify repetitive tasks and build tools and/or processes for automation
- Provides on call support on a rotation basis as required
- Reviews alerts from monitoring tools and data from sensors and documents formal, technical incident reports
- Creates and maintains accurate technical support documentation and procedural compliance documentation
- Proactively plan and implement technical upgrades, patches as required
- Work closely with system architects, cyber specialist, cloud analyst, software developers, and service delivery manager.
**PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE**:
- Bachelor’s degree in an engineering, computer science, or related field is preferred.
- Hands-on experience with VMs, virtual networking, IP addressing and subnetting, Application Gateways, Load balancers, Storage accounts, NSGs, Route Tables.
- Expertise with Fortinet firewalls and comprehensive knowledge of IP networking and network security including encryption, IPSEC, VPNs, Site to Site VPN tunnels, SSL VPN and DNS
- Experience in writing, editing and troubleshooting scripts to deploy and manage cloud-based infrastructure with tools such as Terraform, Ansible, PowerShell, etc.
- In-depth knowledge on Microsoft core platform technologies based on Windows server and experience with Linux Operating Systems
- Experience managing vendor-provided managed services
- Experience working within a structured process methodology (i.e. ITIL)
- Working Knowledge of supporting IT infrastructure technologies such as Job Scheduling, Load balancers, etc.
- ServiceNow experience is an asset
- Good understanding of Identity Assess Management like Okta is an asset
- Excellent writing and presentation skills coupled with strong analytical skills
- Excellent understanding of operating systems, Active Directory, Databases IT security
- Excellent collaboration skills, able to graciously give and receive constructive feedback
- Excellent technical documentation skill
- Certifications, Licenses, Registrations: Azure, AWS, Fortinet, Cisco, etc.
