**Your Role with Us**:
As a Project Coordinator at the head office in Oakville, Ontario, you will assist the Project Manager with the planning, management, and coordination of all subcontractors, vendors, municipalities, utilities, consultants, and third-party advisors from pre-construction through the warranty process. You will ensure project documentation is organized and information flows accurately and efficiently throughout the project team.

Additionally, you will be responsible for tracking, organizing, and controlling project activities in collaboration with the Project Manager and Site Supervisor.

**What You’ll Bring to This Role**:

- Postsecondary degree or diploma in a related field, such as construction management, engineering, architecture, or a related discipline.
- Basic knowledge of construction specifications, methods, and procedures.
- Ability to adapt to evolving project requirements, priorities, and timelines.
- Outstanding organizational and time-management abilities.
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and construction-related software.
