**Your Role with Us**:
As a Project Coordinator, you will be instrumental in assisting the Project Manager with the planning, management, and coordination of all subcontractors, vendors, municipalities, utilities, consultants, and third-party advisors from pre-construction through the warranty process. You will ensure that project documentation is organized and that information flows accurately and efficiently throughout the project team.

Your key responsibilities will include:

- Tracking, organizing, and controlling project activities in collaboration with the Project Manager and Site Supervisor.
- Ensuring that all project documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
- Facilitating effective communication among project stakeholders.
- Adapting to evolving project requirements, priorities, and timelines.

**What You’ll Bring to This Role**:

- A postsecondary degree or diploma in construction management, engineering, architecture, or a related discipline.
- Basic knowledge of construction specifications, methods, and procedures.
- Outstanding organizational and time-management abilities.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- A knack for thriving in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and construction-related software.
