Our **Training & Engagement Coordinator** is central to developing, training, and engaging our caregiving workforce, ensuring they feel supported and valued.

This person will be responsible for effectively managing multiple demands that come with staff development and engagement. This includes conducting orientations, planning and delivering ongoing training, performing quarterly and annual reviews, creating staff engagement programs, establishing events, managing staffing concerns, and supporting team growth. Additionally, this role will provide backup support to the recruitment team as needed. This individual must be a confident self-starter with excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, strong problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to accountability. They should demonstrate initiative and thrive in both independent and team environments.

This is a part-time position (24-32 hours per week), primarily based in our office, with occasional work in the field. Our office is located centrally within Richmond, and our service area includes Richmond, North Delta, and Surrey.

**Education/Experience Requirements**:

- Post-secondary education preferred
- Experience in home care, health care, or a senior-related industry required (an equivalent combination of education and work experience may be considered)
- Background in Human Resources preferred
- Must possess a vehicle and valid driver’s license

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $32,947.20-$49,152.00 per year

Expected hours: 24 - 32 per week

**Experience**:

- Human resources: 1 year (preferred)
- Home care: 1 year (preferred)
- Employee Training and Engagement: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (required)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (required)
