the **Requirements**:
The OFFICE ASSISTANT/CLIENT SERVICES position is responsible for providing exceptional customer service and administrative support for day-to-day operations.

This is a part-time position, 1 - 2 days per week initially, with a start date of **Mid-December to Mid-January** (to be confirmed).

Previous auto glass or automotive industry experience would be an asset.

Four quarterly reviews within the first year.

Detail-oriented with strong professional conduct and effective verbal and written communication skills.

Punctual, reliable, organized, and career-minded with a strong background in customer service.

PC literate with an understanding of information systems concepts.

Excellent written and verbal English skills.

Ability to work independently.

**Responsibilities and Duties**:

- Customer service duties that work to develop and maintain strong business relationships and professionalism.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, etc).
- Prepare quotes and book service appointments.
- Dispatch technicians on road or shop jobs.
- Order parts and supplies.
- Process insurance claims.
- Accounts payable/receivable experience is an asset.
- Oversee daily cleaning of the showroom/reception area.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Office Related Experience: Minimum 1-year experience - Customer Service Experience: Minimum 1-year experience

**Operating Hours: Monday to Friday 8:30 am to 5:30 pm & Saturdays 8:00 am to 4:00 pm**

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $17.20-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 9 - 18 per week
