- Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement a comprehensive data strategy that aligns with the company's vision and business goals.
- Team Management: Oversee multiple teams, including Data Engineering, Business Intelligence, Analytics Engineering, and Data Enablement Services, ensuring high performance and continuous development.
- Data Engineering Oversight: Lead the architecture and management of robust, scalable data systems that support enterprise-wide analytics.
- Business Intelligence Development: Enhance decision-making processes by providing strategic oversight on the deployment of BI tools and systems that provide key insights into business operations.
- Analytics Innovation: Spearhead advanced analytics initiatives that leverage big data technologies to transform raw data into actionable insights.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with other senior leaders to integrate data-driven strategies into various business functions.
- Budget Management: Manage budgets, resources, and timelines to meet strategic objectives and deliverables.

- Passion for Data Challenges: Thrive in a constantly innovating and changing environment and desire to solve complex system and data challenges.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Data Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Minimum of 10 years’ experience in a senior data management role with proven leadership skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively convey complex data-related concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Extensive knowledge of data architecture, data modeling, data warehousing, and business intelligence technologies with experience in leading large-scale data projects and transforming data into a strategic business asset.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a deep understanding of how to leverage data to drive business growth, manage and mentor teams, fostering an environment of collaboration and innovation.
