We’re looking for a passionate and driven **Floor Care Sales Representative** to help us bring our floor care solutions to market and grow our customer base.

**What You’ll Do**

As a key member of our sales team, you’ll be the face of Hotsy Water Blast Floor Care—connecting with clients, understanding their needs, and delivering tailored solutions that exceed expectations. Your role will be hands-on, strategic, and relationship-focused.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive growth
- Prospect and identify new customers across various industries
- Process quotes and orders with speed and accuracy
- Provide daily reports on sales activities, forecasts, and pipeline status
- Build and maintain strong relationships with fleet clients and partners
- Stay informed on market trends and competitor offerings
- Meet and exceed sales targets set by management
- Coordinate orders and arrange product demonstrations

- Proven success in external sales and relationship management
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule
- Professional presentation and time management skills
- Current Driver’s License and willingness to travel
- Understanding of commercial floor care markets
- Interest and ability to learn basic Android interface for our robotics line

**Preferred Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field
- Experience with chassis products and Floor Care specifications
- Strong organizational and analytical skills
- Demonstrated expertise in product knowledge and order management
- Problem-solving mindset and customer-first attitude

**Compensation & Benefits**
- **Base Salary**: Negotiable
- **Commission**: Per-unit commission structure to reward performance

Pay: $15.00-$22.06 per hour
