**About the Role**
We’re seeking a highly organized and proactive **Dispatcher Administrator** to support both our operations team and our clients. You’ll play a key role in scheduling, dispatching, and ensuring smooth communication between technicians, customers, and internal teams.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Answer and direct inbound calls in a professional manner
- Schedule and coordinate customer jobs and technician routes
- Dispatch technicians efficiently to job sites
- Monitor calendars and follow up on job statuses
- Provide outstanding support to clients and internal teams
- Perform various administrative tasks as needed
- Serve as a liaison between clients and senior management
**Qualifications**
- 2+ years of experience in an administrative, dispatcher, or office support role
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Fluent in English
- Proficiency with Mac OS and Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Drive, etc.)
- Knowledge of office systems, including printers, fax machines, and scheduling tools
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to manage priorities independently

Expected hours: 40 - 44 per week
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
