**Position Overview**:
Reporting to the Director of Administration, the Dispatcher / Logistics Coordinator will be responsible in ensuring day-to-day administrative tasks are handled in a speedy matter. This position will serve as a pivotal support role within the organization, performing various logistics coordinating (25%) and dispatch (75%) responsibilities to facilitate efficient operations.

**Please note that this is an overnight position with a shift structure of 19:00 - 07:00**

**Coordinating Duties**
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, including excellent grammar, spelling, proofreading and composition skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent organizations skills to establish priorities and manage conflicting appointments, deadlines and responsibilities from various stakeholders in a high demand work environment.
- Answer phones, direct calls, and manage office mail.
- Maintain electronic and physical files.
- Assist in the preparation of operational reports.

**Dispatch Duties**:

- Monitor and route incoming security alerts and alarm responses.
- coordinate with Operations Supervisors & Directors to dispatch security personnel.
- Maintain real-time tracking and status updates for mobile patrols.
- Ensure timely and accurate communication between security personnel and clients.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous administrative or dispatch experience, preferably in a security setting.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $19.65 per hour

Expected hours: 42 per week

Flexible language requirement:

- French not required

Schedule:

- 12 hour shift
- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- Night shift
- Weekends as needed
