**Job Overview**

**Responsibilities of the role**:

- Manage daily front-of-house operations, ensuring high standards of service and guest satisfaction.
- Supervise, train, and mentor front-of-house staff, including servers, hosts, and barista/bartenders.
- Conduct interviews and assist in the hiring process for new team members.
- Ensure compliance with food handling and safety regulations and liquor service regulations.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food preparation and service flow.
- Address guest inquiries, complaints, and feedback promptly to enhance their dining experience.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front-of-house area.
- Monitor inventory and ordering.
- Oversee the POS system for accurate order processing and cash handling, process cash outs and staff tips.
- A passion for providing genuine hospitality and dedication to delivering an exceptional service experience to our guests.
- Self motivated to develop your skills and industry knowledge.
- Highly organized and efficient, with great communication and leadership skills, superior attention to detail.
- A cheerful disposition and strong work ethic.
- Must be over the age of 19 and have a Serving It Right certificate.
- Minimum 2 years in a management position or 5 years working in the restaurant industry.
- Familiarity with POS systems and cash handling procedures is essential.

Pay: $45,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
