Major Incident Manager

**Overview**
**Responsibilities**
- Develop and maintain incident response plans and procedures
- Lead and coordinate the response to major incidents
- Identify root causes of incidents and implement preventive measures
- Communicate with stakeholders regarding incident status and resolution
- Conduct post-incident reviews to identify areas for improvement
- Ensure compliance with incident management policies and procedures
**Experience**
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Proven experience in incident management or a related field
- Strong understanding of ITIL framework and incident management best practices
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
Nice-to-have:
- Incident management certification (e.g., ITIL Incident Manager)
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment with multiple stakeholders
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $35.00-$40.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
**Experience**:
- Incident management: 5 years (preferred)
- ITIL: 2 years (preferred)
- Incident response: 2 years (preferred)
Work Location: In person
