Office Administrator/ Inside Sales

**Overview**
We are seeking Office administrator / inside sales person.
Inside sales of off the shelf and custom fabricated plastic products
Support company operations by maintaining office systems.
Maintain office services by organizing office operations and procedures, preparing designing filing systems, reviewing and monitoring clerical functions.
Designs and implement office policies by establishing standards and procedures, measuring results against standards, and making necessary adjustments.
Keeps management informed by reviewing and analyzing special reports, summarizing information, and identifying trends.

Education, Experience, and Licensing Requirements:
- MBA or business diploma preferred
- One to three years’ management experience in an office setting
- Specific industry experience preferred
- Proficient with Quickbooks, Microsoft Office software and phone systems
**Responsibilities**
- Oversee daily office operations and ensure a productive work environment.
- Manage front desk activities, including sales, greeting visitors and handling incoming calls with professionalism.
- Coordinate vendor management tasks, including maintaining relationships with suppliers.
- Support team management by assisting in the development of training programs for new staff.
- Assist in administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation.
- Facilitate communication between departments to ensure alignment on projects and initiatives.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience in an inside sales / administrative role or similar position.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal communication skills.
- Experience in vendor management is a plus.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated.
- A commitment to maintaining confidentiality and professionalism at all times.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $19.00-$23.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
