We are seeking a motivated Inside Phone Sales Representative to join our team. As an Inside Phone Sales Representative, you will promote and sell natural health products to natural health stores, naturopathic doctors and pharmacists. You'll support our sales efforts by building strong relationships with our customers and vendors.

The Inside Phone Sales Representative is responsible for, but not limited to, the following:

- Creating a customer supporting program to generate retail interest and sales
- Understand customer needs and requirements and demonstrate our products/services
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and enhance the overall sales process
- Develop and maintain knowledge on Vendor product lines to help customer with purchasing decisions
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in sales techniques
- Any other duties assigned by your manager

Qualifications and Requirements
- Proven experience in sales
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently in an office environment
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field is a plus
- Enjoy working with people
- Follow procedures, understand procedure design
- Desire to improve and grow the company
- Interest in natural health and the environment

Compensation
- Two weeks of vacation in first year, three weeks in second year and sick leave

Pay: From $40,000.00 per year

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Retail sales: 3 years (preferred)
- sales: 2 years (preferred)
