**JOB DESCRIPTION**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee all aspects of departmental production and ensure overall departmental efficiencies.
- Foster a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to ensure that quality standards are consistently met.
- Follow the Leader’s Standard Work.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Provide constructive feedback to support employee development and improvement. Conduct employee evaluations.
- Overseeing employee training records and policy acknowledgments.
- Prioritize departmental safety and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and protocols.
- Maintain an open-minded and curious approach, eager for continuous learning and development.
- Stay informed about industry trends, legal changes, and best leadership practices.
- Effectively plan and prioritize daily tasks and assignments to meet production goals and deadlines.

**Qualifications**:

- Strong leadership, interpersonal, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Time management, organizational, and analytical skills, with the ability to learn quickly.
- Ability to lead and motivate personnel.
- Ability to multi task and delegate as needed.
- Certification in Lean Six Sigma or other Continuous Improvement methodologies is considered advantageous.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
- Demonstrate determination, resourcefulness, and a commitment to delivering the best results for Triple E.
- Have the legal right to work in Canada.
- Valid Driver’s License.
- Ability to stand, walk, and move around the manufacturing for extended periods.
- Comfortable working in varying temperatures within the production environment.

***Working Conditions**:

- On-Site, Monday - Friday, 7:00 am to 3:30 pm.
- The facility operates within clean air standards, and there may be odors associated with manufacturing processes, including solvents.
