**JOB DESCRIPTION**

**Production and Efficiency**
- Oversee all aspects of departmental production and ensure overall departmental efficiencies.
- Follow the Leader’s Standard Work.
- Work towards improving productivity without extending working hours.

**Health and Safety**
- Understand, follow, and promote company health and safety policies.
- Report equipment and procedural concerns to the appropriate supervisor.
- Participate in routine safety inspections of assigned areas.
- Report compliance issues, policy violations, injuries, or near-misses to the supervisor.
- Provide or direct workers to appropriate first aid and seek assistance when necessary.
- Collaborate with supervisors to identify and address workplace hazards.
- Participate in ongoing health and safety training.

**Communication**
- Address employee performance and behavior concerns professionally with the supervisor and employees.
- Encourage and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
- Communicate clearly, adapting your style to suit the audience.
- Deliver constructive feedback effectively and accept feedback with a positive attitude.
- Motivate and support team members in overcoming challenges.
- Provide clear and concise instructions, both orally and in writing.
- Maintain confidentiality and align with company decisions and directives.

**Quality**
- Take ownership of the quality of work in your area of responsibility.
- Use sound judgment to coordinate tasks, escalating issues as necessary.
- Minimize disruptions and delays by ensuring incomplete tasks are properly managed and coordinated.
