Four Counties Addiction Services Team (Fourcast) is a community-based addiction treatment service provider that strives to provide the highest quality of evidence-based addiction treatment and case management services. Fourcast offers services across 5 sites in the region. The community treatment program staff work in-office and community settings and are often co-located and integrated with other organizations to reduce barriers for those accessing services.

**About The Position...**

We are looking for a part time receptionist who is interested in working Mondays 8:30am - 4:30pm, Tuesdays and Wednesday 4:00pm - 8:00pm each week.

The Receptionist serves as the initial point of contact, providing a welcoming and supportive environment for all visitors and service users while ensuring effective communication and coordination within the organization. This includes facilitating clear and timely dissemination of general information, managing inquiries, and fostering seamless interactions among staff members, and external parties. They manage the front desk, answering and directing calls, scheduling appointments, and assisting with administrative tasks. With strong interpersonal and organizational skills, the receptionist plays a vital role in creating a positive and welcoming environment, reflecting the organization's values, and delivering excellent customer service.

**What We're Looking For**:
**Education**:

- Post-secondary administrative assistant, or related diploma, or an equivalent combination of work experience and education.

**Experience**:

- Minimum 2 years’ experience working in a reception or administrative role, preferably in the not-for-profit and/or social services sector.
- Experience with using EMHware an asset.

Certificate, licenses and Records
- Valid Ontario Class G drivers license.
- Valid First Aid/CPR an asset.
- Non-Violent Crisis Intervention (NVCI) certificate an asset.
- Satisfactory Vulnerable Sector Check is required.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $20.26-$24.67 per hour

- DCS / DEC (preferred)
