Office Administrator

Description of work:
- Answer phones and direct phone calls to appropriate people.
- Take messages when people are not in the office.
- Assist in data entry.
- Book service appointments for service techs.
- Receive and process payments from clients.
- Managing and follow up of accounts receivable.
- Send/receive mail as applicable.
- Be initial point of contact for walk-in traffic.
- Receive and process materials purchase tickets.
- Project filing and maintaining filing system.
- Responsible for presentable reception area and general office space.
- Responsible for ensuring office supplies is stocked.
Working Conditions:
- Typically work 5 days a week (Monday to Friday, 8am to 4:30pm).
- They will be afforded two paid 15-minute coffee breaks, and one unpaid half-hour lunch break.
