JPS Canada Air Systems is a privately owned boutique operation exclusively servicing fan coil systems in the Greater Toronto Area.

**About the job**

The service manager will be a day-to-day liaison between technicians in the field, the JPS office, and scheduling, as well as the client. Quality control will be managed in person site-to-site, to ensure that issues are promptly addressed, and customer expectations are being met.
- Rate of $18 - 25 /hour highly dependent on relevant skills to fan coil understanding and experience.
- Grow, maintain, and strengthen our client relationships in the GTA condominium market.
- Be responsible for the maintenance service book of business, ensuring quality work by the team.
- Manage teams deployed to field, with regular checks on maintenance.
- Foster maintenance service business with new buildings, perform inspections, get to know property managers.
- Deliver, monitor, and maintain maintenance teams.
- Maintain clear direction and communications with scheduling.
- Ensure supply chain is met.

**Qualifications**
- Valid G-class driver's license in Ontario with minimum 2 years driving experience.
- Achieved 5+ successful years in a leadership role.
- Physically fit, must be able to lift 30kg.
- Must be able to understand HVAC systems, materials, and language.
- Proven ability to successfully create objectives, achieve goals and grow teams.
- Strong coaching abilities and desire to help others improve.
- Possesses calm collectedness and ability to mediate through challenging moments.
- Demonstrates a strong verbal and written communication skillset.

**Salary**: $21.00-$28.00 per hour
