**JOB TASKS & RESPONSIBILITES**
- Provide excellent customer service to all guests
- Know the menu intimately and have a strong understanding of every hot beverage item
- Ensure all customers are satisfied with their drinks and experience
- Maintains familiarity with menu items, specials, and restaurant information
- Promotes coffee consumption by selling coffee, tea, and using coffee grinding and brewing equipment, accessories, and supplies, preparing and serving a variety of coffee and tea drinks, along with our signature menu
- Welcomes customers by determining their coffee/ tea interests and needs
- Prepares drinks by following recipes and preparation techniques for coffee drinks, such as, espresso, americano, latte, and cappuccino etc.

**SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE**
- One - two years of related experience as a Barista
- You can hold your own in a fast-paced, high energy, team-based environment
- The ability to work a flexible schedule
- The ability to communicate clearly and professionally with customers and coworkers
- Possess strong communication skills with a genuine personality
- Ability to suggestively sell restaurant menu items, beverages and wines
- Able to stay calm under pressure, prioritize and synchronize the sequence of service
- Must be available evenings

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From $16.75 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week
