**Job Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Greet patients warmly and manage their check-in and check-out processes.
- Schedule appointments and confirm patient visits using our scheduling software.
- Maintain accurate patient records in electronic medical record systems.
- Process patient payments and manage billing inquiries.
- Assist with insurance verification and claims processing.
- Ensure the front desk area is organized and welcoming at all times.
- Collaborate with dental staff to ensure smooth operations within the office.

**Experience**
- Previous experience as a Dental Receptionist in Canada is preferred.
- Familiarity with electronic medical records systems, particularly Open Dental, is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of Treatment planning is preferred.
- Strong administrative skills with attention to detail and excellent organizational abilities.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with patients and staff.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude.

Pay: $22.00-$33.00 per hour

Expected hours: 16 - 32 per week
