We are currently seeking a full time **Order Desk Clerk **to join our team in **Lively, ON**.

**The Position**

We are currently seeking and have an immediate opening for a qualified and motivated individual to fill the position of **Order Desk Clerk.**

**Main Duties & Responsibilities**
- Facilitate phone calls from customers in a professional and efficient manner
- Work with inside sales team to enter and process orders accurately
- Communicate with vendors to source parts
- Track customer orders with a high level of organization
- Printing and preparing order-related documents with high attention to detail
- Additional general office duties as required
- Hydraulic component knowledge considered a strong asset
- Strong computer skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Organized and able to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to communicate knowledgeably and professionally with clients, suppliers, and internal personnel
- Versatility and willingness to learn new methods
- High attention to details and accuracy
- Customer service oriented
