**Project Coordinator - Excavation & Civil Construction (with Admin & Bookkeeping Duties)**:

We’re looking for a driven and detail-oriented **Project Coordinator** to join our growing excavation and civil construction team. This hybrid role combines **field coordination**, **admin support**, and **light bookkeeping** to keep our projects on track and our office running smoothly.
**Responsibilities**:
**Project Coordination**:
- Assist with planning, scheduling, and tracking project timelines and deliverables
- Communicate with site crews, subcontractors, and suppliers to coordinate work
- Review and manage **trucking slips, load counts, material deliveries, and daily logs**:
- Ensure documentation is up to date for permits, inspections, and safety compliance
**Admin & Bookkeeping Support**:
- Organize **invoices**, POs, and receipts for processing
- Assist with **payroll prep** (hours, equipment usage, job costing)
- Track **material quantities** and update spreadsheets and reports
- Help manage **accounts payable/receivable** and follow up on outstanding payments
- General office duties: calls, scheduling, supply orders, and file management
**Requirements**:
- Experience in construction or civil infrastructure projects is preferred
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Comfortable with Excel, Word, Outlook; bonus if familiar with QuickBooks, Bluebeam, or SiteDocs
- Able to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail, especially with numbers and documentation
