About Us:
OXYGEN COLLECTIONS is a dynamic and growing fashion clothing company known for modern trends, quality designs, etc.]. We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Administrative & Sales Assistant to support our day-to-day operations, customer service, and invoicing processes.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide administrative support to the sales and management teams
- Manage customer inquiries, assist with sales, and ensure excellent customer service
- Prepare and process invoices, sales reports, and purchase orders
- Maintain and update inventory, supplier, and customer databases
- Assist in organizing and managing fashion collections and showroom displays
- Help with social media or marketing support when needed

**Requirements**:

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Strong experience in sales and customer service
- Ability to handle invoices, quotations, and general admin tasks
- Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
- Excellent communication skills in [English / other required languages]
- Ability to work independently and within a team

Preferred Qualifications:

- Prior experience in the fashion or retail industry
- Familiarity with inventory or accounting software is a plus
- Creative mindset and interest in fashion trends
