DOMREBEL is seeking a dynamic, energetic and detail oriented Wholesale and Administrative Assistant to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a vital role in ensuring the wholesale order process is executed in an efficient manner, reacting to the needs of our wholesale partners and acting as a crucial link between the wholesale department and other DOMREBEL functions. DOMREBEL collections are stocked at retailers in 35 countries, such as Harrods, Selfridges, Neiman Marcus, Saks 5th Avenue, Beymen, Tsum, Samaritaine, Lane Crawford, SKP, Harvey Nichols, The Collective, Rubaiyat and many more - Build effective relationships and participate in day-to-day communication with all our international B2B clients. - Liaise closely with various internal departments and external stakeholders on collections review, delivery windows, production, and payments to ensure timely receipts and support business potential. - Prepare accurate excel reports and analysis, data entry and administrative duties - Coordinate all parts of the delivery process of orders and samples - Ensure required paperwork for shipments - Assist with Paris Fashion Week and preparing relevant materials, organizing showrooms and assisting with appointments - Work closely with the Director of International Sales on ad-hoc projects. **Qualifications** - Experience working in a wholesale environment, preferably in fashion with previous logistics and administration experience - Strong organizational, communication and project management skills, a structured approach, and a can-do attitude. - Strong numerical/analytical and problem solving skills - Attention to detail and ability to deal with several tasks simultaneously. - Service-related focus with the ability to place yourself in the position of the partner and customer to understand their concerns and needs. - Experience with systems such as JOOR is a plus - Be proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel **Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent **Salary**: $45,000.00-$60,000.00 per year **Benefits**: - Casual dress - Company events - Store discount - Wellness program Flexible Language Requirement: - French not required Schedule: - 8 hour shift - Monday to Friday Ability to commute/relocate: - Montréal, QC: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required) **Experience**: - Administrative experience: 2 years (required) Work Location: One location
