OBJECTIVE

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Market & Product Strategy
- Develop and execute the product strategy and roadmap for the assigned product lines, aligned with the company's overall strategic objectives.
- Lead the proprietary product development process, from concept to launch, which includes product planning, sourcing, pricing, positioning, and go-to-market strategies.

Market Research & Analysis
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs, market trends, and the competitive landscape. Utilize these insights to inform product development and positioning decisions
- Monitor and analyze product performance, sales data, and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and optimize product offerings.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activities. Use this knowledge to identify new opportunities and maintain a competitive edge in the market.

Vendor Selection & Management
- Take a lead role in the selection of key vendors that align with product objectives.
- Engage in negotiations to ensure cost-effective and strategic partnerships that support product quality and delivery.
- Oversee and manage the performance of vendors to ensure compliance with contractual agreements and quality standards. This includes regular performance evaluations, addressing any issues promptly, and fostering strong, mutually beneficial relationships with vendors.

Product Evangelism
- Champion the development and maintenance of comprehensive product and process knowledge within the organization. This involves creating and updating documentation, conducting training sessions for the internal team, and ensuring that all relevant personnel are equipped with the latest product information and best practices.

Collaboration and Communication
- Work closely with supply chain, sales, marketing, operations, and Aramsco counterparts to ensure product alignment with business goals and the overall strategy.
- Regularly update stakeholders on product development progress, challenges, and opportunities.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
- Bachelor's degree in business or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Product Manager or in a similar role, with a successful track record of delivering high-quality products to a related market.
- A minimum of 5 years' experience and deep understanding of the property restoration and asbestos abatement industries, associated processes, and products are required.
- Strong understanding of product management principles and practices, including product strategy, development, and go-to-market strategies.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to gather and analyze data, make informed decisions, and prioritize effectively.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Some travel will be required.
