Tri-Phase Group is an environmental and construction company that has been providing our services since 1997. We provide demolition, hazardous materials abatement, storage tank removals, new construction, rebuild, renovations and more.

**Job Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Supervise daily yard and supply shop operations, ensuring all activities are conducted safely and efficiently.
- Manage inventory of materials, tools, and equipment, ensuring proper storage and accessibility.
- Collaborate with operations managers and site supervisors to coordinate the delivery and distribution of materials.
- Conduct regular inspections of the yard to maintain quality control standards.
- Utilize and maintain existing inventory control systems to ensure inventory is maintained and tracked at all times
- Monitor and reorder supplies, tools, and materials to ensure availability for ongoing projects
- Oversee the dispatch of materials and equipment to various job sites in a timely and organized manner.
- Ensure that deliveries are properly documented, with correct quantities and specifications.
- Coordinate with the field crews to ensure they have the necessary tools, equipment, and materials for their jobs.
- Ensure the yard is organized and materials are stored in a safe, accessible, and efficient manner.
- Monitor the condition of all equipment and materials in the yard, ensuring that any damaged items are flagged for repair or replacement.
- Train and mentor yard staff on best practices in safety, quality control, and operational efficiency.

**Skills**
- Proven experience in a construction, abatement or demolition environment, preferably in a supervisory or managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of construction materials, tools, and equipment.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient with inventory management software and basic computer skills.
- A strong understanding of safety practices and regulations.
- Leadership skills and the ability to effectively manage and motivate a team.
- Ability to lift and move heavy materials when necessary.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to operate company vehicles if required.
