**Position Summary**:
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented **Marketing Content Specialist** who will be responsible for producing engaging and informative content for our company. In this position, you will be expected to research, write, and edit various types of content for different marketing channels, such as articles and blog posts, among others. You should have a deep understanding of our target audience and be able to deliver content that resonates with them.

**What you’ll do**:

- Generate appealing and persuasive content to increase customer engagement across multiple marketing channels
- Edit, proofread, improve, and deliver engaging content to the customer regularly
- Collaborate with other teams, such as marketing and design, to create content that aligns with the company's goals and brand identity
- Develop and maintain an editorial calendar to ensure consistent content production and timely delivery
- Optimize content for search engines and other platforms to increase visibility and reach
- Analyze web traffic metrics and optimization of content to improve future content strategies
- Design marketing strategies to achieve business goals that are short-term as well as long-term
- Be outgoing Inspire team members in unique ways to keep content fresh

**About you**:

- Proven work experience as a Content Creator, Copywriter or similar role
- Own a portfolio of published articles and relevant work
- Hands-on experience with Content Management Systems like WordPress
- Excellent writing and editing skills in English
- Ability to use AI tools to manipulate content and deliver in scale
- Proficiency in the use of SEO and Google Analytics required
- An ability to fact-check long-form content pieces
- Time-management skills and strong attention to detail
- BSc in Marketing, English, Journalism or relevant field is a plus
