**Job Summary**

**General Job Description**

The Office Administrative Assistant is responsible for ensuring our Richmond office runs

smoothly.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Perform basic office management tasks such as organizing the calendar, maintaining a clean and tidy working environment, handling phone calls, and receiving visitors
- Communicate with building management as required for maintenance
- Manage and maintain office supplies and equipment such as stationery, cleaning supplies, etc.
- Perform inventory management such as processing incoming and outgoing shipments and light assembly / QA testing
- Make travel arrangements as required
- Perform other tasks as assigned

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Post-secondary degree
- 1-3 years of related working experience
- Experience with Microsoft Office (Excel and Word)
- Knowledge of administrative best practices
- Detail-oriented, highly organized, and self-motivated
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work independently
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

**Salary**: From $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 per week
