**About the workplace**
This is a permanent, full-time role that will be on-site at our 312 Main St office. You will report directly to Manager, Operations.
As the 312 Main Operations Coordinator, you will be responsible for back-end administrative duties related to member account management, that is key to the business and member management.
**A typical day would involve**:
- Responsible for data entry, changes, and other administrative tasks within Office Rnd (312 Main’s CMS system)
- Coordinating with 312 Main members about license agreements and administrative functions in the building
- Managing 312 Main accounts receivables with members and resolving billing discrepancies and outstanding balances
- Managing onboarding/off boarding tasks for 312 main members
- Organizes and update team files, maintains and updates processes, including coordination of the annual document review cycle
- Identify and update new and existing processes and systems to improve efficiency and accuracy
- Support project work as requested, including research, data collection and re-porting, and other duties as assigned

**Plus you have**:
- Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent experience in an administrative role involving data entry, data maintenance, and account management.
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel)
- Strong analytical, problem solving, and inquiry skills, with the ability to resolve database issues.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to communicate with members and external stakeholders
- Familiarity with database design principles and able to identify process bottlenecks and make recommendations for process optimization.
