**Summary**
**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Confirm that customer deposits have been recorded
- Prepare licensing, collect safeties and ownerships for used vehicles. Prepare documents for Licensing
- Stock in Inventory accurately by entering it into ONE-EIGHTY system
- Ensure costs, KM's and options of each vehicle is accurately added to the system-update costs as required
- Create internal PO for work that needs to be done to vehicles
- Entering warranty purchases and creating warranty contracts from portal
- Performs lien check on all trade-ins and confirms payout/lien amount with financial institution and confirms buyout terms. Checks all paperwork for correct title, lien information, taxes etc.
- Request cheque requisition for lien buy-outs
- Creating a docusign for Bills of Sales and full Lending contracts-although you will not be creating these documents you will be responsible for checking the accuracy of these documents
- Makes photocopies of cheques, receipts, ownerships for files
- Communicating with sales team on status of vehicle and provide update to the staff
- Schedule deliveries of sold vehicles to customers. Confirm Delivery appointment with the customer and Salesperson
- Sending in Lender documents for funding after delivery
- Ensure all Deficiencies for funding are dealt with in a timely manner, and deal is booked with lenders.
- Maintains customer and company confidence by keeping information confidential and secure.
**Skills and Qualifications**
- Excellent interpersonal and communication (verbal & written English) skills
- Strong aptitude for numbers and strong analytical skills
- Ability to work efficiently and effectively under pressure with simultaneous deadlines
- Minimum 1-2 years experience in a comparable role is required
- Experience working in a deadline driven environment (i.e. able to meet tight timelines during month end closing)
- Able to review their own work
- Possess the ability to build strong relationships
- Detail oriented, organized, efficient and able to manage a large amount of paperwork
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of pertinent data
- Proficiency with CDK, ONE-EIGHTY or any dealership experience is preferred but not required
**Job Type**: Part-time
**Salary**: $45,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
