Indigo Park is currently looking for a payroll specialist to join our dynamic team, where teamwork is an integral part of our values. As a payroll specialist, you will be responsible for processing employee payments, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and legislative compliance.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage end-to-end Canadian payroll operations for a large number of salaried and hourly employees across all provinces in Canada.
- Prepare all required internal and external reports, as well as month-end reports.
- Calculate retroactive pay, various bonuses, and other compensation elements as required.
- Optimize the efficiency of payroll processes.
- Monitor and control compliance with various laws, collective agreements, and administrative directives.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum of five (5) years of relevant work experience
- Knowledge of the complete payroll cycle
- Good knowledge of provincial and federal legislations, especially Quebec
- Experience with collective agreements
- Bilingual (French and English) is a must
- Knowledge of ADP Workforce Now is a strong asset
- PLP designation is an asset
- Intermediate to advanced level in MS Excel
- Excellent time management, and organizational skills
- Ability to work with tight deadlines
