**The Opportunity**

1-800-GOT-JUNK? is looking for a Field Operations Manager to join our team in the Greater Vancouver Area to collaborate with our Franchise Partners to ensure operational excellence and drive overall top line revenue growth. The position will be required to travel approximately 50% of the time across Western US and Canada, supporting a portfolio of franchises.

**A Day in the Life**
- Accountable for driving overall top-line revenue growth for assigned portfolio
- Accountable for driving key KPIs for franchise partners as identified by the VP of Field Operations
- Build long-term relationships with Franchise Partners and identify business growth opportunities
- Conduct regular field visits to each Franchise Partner
- Train and coach Franchise Partners and their teams on all aspects of running daily franchise operations
- Guide Franchise Partners to meet customer needs, brand targets, pricing guidelines, national account agreements, and profitability recommendations
- Enforce brand compliance to maintain consistency throughout the system
- Oversee market strategy, programs, and promotions to support departmental objectives
- Provide financial analysis for franchise businesses including P&L, balance sheet review, and cash flow analysis
- Assist with delivering regional and local training events and facilitating within peer groups

- Proven operations experience with successful implementation of best practices
- High level of business acumen demonstrated through business planning, forecasting, and analysis skills
- Proven leadership abilities with the ability to partner with multiple stakeholders
- Strong ability to achieve goals through both direct and indirect influence and collaboration
- Strategic thinking and business acumen to develop portfolio vision
- Independent and self-motivated with the ability to travel 50% of the time throughout North America
- Possesses coaching, thinking, and doing mindset with high adaptability
- Growth coaching aptitude with the ability to challenge complacency and plan strategically
- Strong administrative and people skills including clear and concise communication, business planning, and analysis
- Competent at reviewing metrics and interpreting performance indicators
- Strong facilitation skills for medium and large teams

**COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS**
- Salary $82-110k per annum (Actual salary offered will be commensurate with education, experience and internal parity).
