Field Operations Manager

Shack Shine is looking for a Field Operations Manager to join our growing team As part of the Field Operations department, you will help existing Franchise Partners reach operational excellence The incumbent will assist, guide, and coach existing Franchise Partners in driving all aspects of their business - sales and marketing, strategic business planning, support & development, scaling, etc

We are looking for someone with high business acumen and Franchise experience and must be able to travel up to 50% as needed. Shack Shine is an exciting, fast-growing House detailing franchise - a part of O2E Brands, the parent company of the hugely successful 1-800-GOT-JUNK? franchise.

For this role's duty and responsibility, we anticipate that you will be in the office 25% of time. 

A DAY IN THE LIFE

• Accountable for driving overall top-line revenue growth for their portfolio of Franchise Partners 
• Lead consistent and effective Goal Setting & Review (GS&R) for your Franchise Partners 
• Assist Field Operations teams in identifying key KPIs to be used for annual goal setting implementation of key brand initiatives, processes, and projects as determined in the annual strategy planning process 
• Partner and build long-term relationships with Franchise Partners and identify business growth opportunities 
• Implement programs and promotions in support of department objectives 
• Provide monthly and quarterly reviews covering system performance, etc. 
• Conduct an annual business strategy session with Franchise Partners through the development of their Business Plan and long-term goals 
• Conduct regular field visits to each Franchise Partner 
• Provide guidance to team members to professionally handle any customer needs and solutions, as well as coach brand compliance to maintain consistency throughout the system

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE 

• Must be independent and self-motivated and able to travel up to 50% 
• Bachelor Degree / Diploma in Business, Business Administration, or similar, a strong asset 
• 5 + years of experience as a Field Operations Manager - or similar within a service-oriented, franchise environment 
• Must have proven business operations experience with a demonstrated track record of impacting and implementing business-best practices 
• Must demonstrate a high-level of business acumen, including business planning, forecasting, and analysis skills 
• Must have proven leadership abilities leading and/or partnering with multiple stakeholders 
• Must have a strong ability to achieve goals through direct and indirect influence and collaboration 
• Must have strategic thinking and strong business acumen to help develop a vision for the portfolio 
• Must have the mindset of a Coach, a Thinker, and a Doer, with a high level of adaptability 
• Must have a high-level growth coaching aptitude with ability to reverse complacency and plan strategically
• Must have strong administrative and people skills, including business planning and analysis 
• Must have clear and concise communication skills 
• Must be competent at reviewing metrics and interpreting performance indicators

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS 

• Salary is $80,000 to $90,000 per annum (The actual salary offered will be commensurate with education, experience, and internal parity).
