**Position Overview**:
As a Regional Manager at Green Storage, you will play a pivotal role in fostering a positive and growth-oriented environment for our team members. Your primary focus will be on guiding and developing store managers, associates, and maintenance staff to excel in their roles. Reporting directly to the COO, you will be responsible for ensuring unparalleled client service and operational excellence. As a requirement for this role, the Regional Manager will be required to travel between various locations within the region they manage.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Team Leadership: Recruit, hire, train and retain a high-performing team while providing ongoing coaching and mentorship to foster professional development.
- Client Service: Emphasize a sales-focused and client-centric approach, ensuring exceptional service and addressing client inquiries promptly.
- Support: Serve as the primary point of contact for team members, offering support and assistance in any work-related matters.
- Facility Management: Oversee facility maintenance and vendor management to provide a welcoming and safe environment for our clients.
- Market Expansion: Identify market opportunities and execute strategies to achieve specific goals for each store's success.
- Compliance and Standards: Conduct regular property audits to ensure operational standards are met and safety protocols are followed.
- Delinquency Management: Implement strategies to reduce delinquency rates and improve client retention.
- Effective Communication: Maintain open and clear communication with employees, colleagues, and clients.
- Oversee and enforce adherence to all processes and procedures in alignment with company guidelines.

**Qualifications**:

- Strong English verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent coaching, motivating, and leadership skills.
- Outstanding sales and client service abilities.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
- Problem-solving skills.
- Ability to remain composed under pressure and demonstrate reliability.
- Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle.
- Willingness to travel between locations

**Salary**: $70,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
