About the Role:
The ideal
**Labour Foreman** has a strong desire to lead a team with many moving pieces and possesses an in-depth understanding of construction procedures, practices, and principles. This position provides an exciting opportunity to coordinate, mentor, and develop a crew of up to 6 Labourers, while ensuring high importance to safety. The Labour Foreman will be a part of the project team working on a multi-phase residential development in North Vancouver.

Key Responsibilities Include:

- Work with hand and power tools, special construction machinery;
- Load and unload construction materials;
- Ensure the site is maintained in an orderly fashion;
- Delegate work to labourers under your supervision

**Labour Foreman** has high attention to detail with motivation to work in a fast-paced environment. You are comfortable on a construction site and can multi-task priorities, while maintaining organization and attention to detail. A strong work ethic that consists of being respectful, honest, and to care about doing the right thing always with a sense of accountability and dedication will help you succeed in this role.
- Required Skills and Experience_
- Minimum two (2) years of construction experience working on a variety of job sites including commercial and multi-residential;
- Must demonstrate ability to manage a crew of up to 6 labourers;
- Valid Class 5 driver’s license and/or reliable transportation;
- Ability to lift up 50 lbs and perform physical demanding duties.
