The ideal Labour Foreman has a strong desire to lead a team with many moving pieces and possesses an in-depth understanding of construction procedures, practices, and principles.

This position provides an exciting opportunity to coordinate, mentor, and develop a crew of up to 6 Labourers, while ensuring high importance to safety.

**Required Skills and Experience**
- Minimum two (2) years of construction experience working on a variety of job sites including commercial and multi-residential;
- Must demonstrate ability to manage a crew of up to 6 labourers;
- Valid Class 5 driver’s license and / or reliable transportation / Tools;
- Ability to lift up 50 lbs and perform physical demanding duties.

**Salary**: $45.00-$65.00 per hour

- 8 hour shift
