We are currently seeking a seasonal hostess for a tournament in Ottawa

**What are the roles and responsibilities?**
- Meets the expectations of all guests during an event.
- Greets patrons with a smile; Maintains a pleasant attitude while on duty.
- Teamwork: works cooperatively with others, and contributes to a positive work environment.
- Ability to check I.D. on any guest ordering alcohol
- Ability to handle cash and credit card sales, making the appropriate changes.
- Ability to work a varied schedule based on the event calendar.

**What do we require?**
- Smart Serve Certification
- Health and Safety certification
- Great customer service skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to monitor the entire dining and bar area
- Availability to work in shifts as needed
- Good physical condition to walk and stand during an entire shifts

**Hours**

This is seasonal and the hours of the tournament will vary and escalate throughout the week.

**Job Type**: Seasonal
Contract length: 6 days

**Salary**: $17.00 per hour
