Vaughan, Canada Wilderman Cosmetic Clinic Full time

We are looking for an enthusiastic individual to work as coordinator of our Sales, Marketing, and Business Development team. The primary focus of this position is to move forward activities related to the marketing and business development of the Wilderman Cosmetic Clinic and affiliated companies.

**Responsibilities and Duties**:

- Develop and implement the marketing strategy for all business divisions
- Identify consumer awareness/acquisition opportunities by target audience and marketing channel
- Develop and implement an annual advertising/marketing strategy
- Creating digital and printed materials
- Accountable for key metrics: ROAS, CPA, CPC, ROI, etc.
- Actively look for new business opportunities and growth for the company
- Ensure deadlines are met
- Coordinate with project stakeholders and the team to create and revise projects
- Track the status and approvals of all projects
- Review and communicate monthly qualitative and quantitative reports on digital marketing performance, defining and driving actionable insights for future efforts; communicating best practices, and sharing lessons learned.
- Other duties as required

**Qualifications**:

- Excellent command of the English language (written and verbal)
- Ability to work with a team in a fast-paced and busy environment
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Efficient time management when given multiple tasks with multiple deadlines
- 2 years of Digital Marketing Experience

**Job Types**: Part-time, Freelance

Pay: From $24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 1 - 10 per week

Schedule:

- Day shift
- No weekends

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Vaughan, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
