Due to continued growth, we are hiring a full-time **Sales & Marketing Assistant** to join our team of dedicated workers in Woodbridge. This job requires a 9am-5pm, **Tuesday to Saturday Shift (May 6th to August 31st with possibility of extension) **due to the needs of our business.
Responsibilities Include:
- Assist with the preparation of customer orders for pick-up
- Update inventory status
- Responsible for walk-in clients and décor appointments
- Maintain social media accounts and website
- Answer all phone calls
- Deliver, open and/or prepare material to be sent by mail or by shipping service;
- Order brochures, stationery, office supplies, laundry supplies etc.;
- Provide administrative support to Sales and Operations Managers;
- Perform any other similar or general duties required by the position
**Job Types**: Full-time, Fixed term contract, Seasonal, Internship / Co-op
**Salary**: $16.55 per hour
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Holidays
- Weekends as needed

**Education**:
- Secondary School (preferred)
