**Overview**
**Responsibilities**
- Coordinate and manage project timelines, ensuring deadlines are met.
- Provide administrative support to project teams, including scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and managing calendars.
- Track project progress and provide status reports to ensure timely completion.
- Organize and maintain project-related files, ensuring documents are up-to-date and easily accessible.
- Assist in preparing project documentation, reports, and presentations with high accuracy.
- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate project success.
- Coordinate logistics for project meetings, events, and other necessary activities.
- Perform administrative duties such as data entry, filing, and maintaining office supplies as needed.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience as a Project Coordinator or in a similar role.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently while also being a team player.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving abilities.
- Language Requirements:
- English (required)
- Chinese (required)
Pay: $50,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
