**Job Summary**
**Duties**
- Prepare surfaces for coating by cleaning, sanding, or masking as necessary.
- Operate powder coating equipment, including spray guns and curing ovens.
- Conduct quality inspections of coated products to identify defects or inconsistencies.
- Maintain equipment and work area in accordance with safety and cleanliness standards.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize production processes and improve efficiency.
- Assist in the assembly and fabrication of components as needed, utilizing hand tools and power tools.
- QA painted fasteners for any defects and prepare the Paint Production Quality Log Sheet.
- Inventory of powder coating paints and supplies.
- Other duties may be assigned that are warehouse realated
**Skills**
- Proficiency in using power tools and hand tools for various tasks.
- Familiarity with reach truck/ dock stocker operation for material handling an asset.
- Must be able to pick materials from the warehouse storage racks for painting and pack/ship finished orders
- Experience with machining processes is a plus.
