OWC is searching for a Warehouse Associate to help OWC ensure all products efficiently make their way to our customers. Our Warehouse Associates are organizers and problem solvers, who play a critical role in the success of our Warehouse Department and the long-term growth of OWC.

The **Warehouse Associate** will proactively maintain the accuracy of the products in the warehouse and maintain the accuracy of the processes in the warehouse.

Our **Warehouse Associate **team members are some of the core contributors of our organization, this role will help continue to lay the foundation for a seamless product Lifecyle. You will have the support, tools, and resources to grow your career at OWC in the coming years.

**What Will You be Doing?**
- Pick and pack outgoing orders
- Invoice and ship outgoing orders
- Unloading incoming shipments, checking in product & matching purchase orders.
- Assist with detailed quality control and functional testing of machines
- Keep detailed record of QC notes and machine specifications
- Cleaning of used machines and accessories
- Ensure that the workspace is clean and neat
- Help to maintain accurate inventory practices
- Ensure that health and safety laws are followed
- Special projects as assigned by leadership.

**What You Bring with You?**
- High school diploma and some post-secondary education
- General computer literacy is a must
- Knowledge of MS Office and Teams
- Attention to detail in your work
- Working on a Mac as a hobbyist would be an asset
- Good communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

**Compensation Structure for the Position**

The compensation package for this role includes a competitive hourly pay.
