**Title**:Warehouse Supervisor

**About the Company**:
We are a proud Canadian manufacturer of custom powder coatings located in Mississauga - the heart of the Ontario industry zone.

**Summary about role and required skills**:
This role requires shipping and receiving inventory and updating the system to keep inventory updated and operating forklifts, basic computer skills, a G driver and forklift license are required for this role.

**Essential duties and responsibilities**

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage the inventory like, ordering the material when reaches Reorder point, analysing the need to transfer inventory from one location to another based on historical sales and consumption.
- Fill out warehouse forms on paper or online as required to update the inventory balances as soon as a transaction occurs Load, unload the shipments as required or oversee the loading unloading if a third-party company doing so.
- Prepare orders and make it ready for couriers or company driver on time. This will require picking up of boxes up to 25kg, a help will be provided in case quantity is more.
- Cooperating with purchase department and make sure Purchase orders sent to vendors and stock keepers as required by checking Warehouse Receipt creation.
- Updating Reorder Points and Reorder Quantities based on fluctuated consumption of all Items including raw materials and finished product etc. to make sure all items have enough inventory while we do not have overstocking.
- Communicate with the Senior managers to discuss any issues or potential scope of effective managing warehouse.
- Managing the warehouse space efficiently by inspecting and empty spaces or potential spaces in the other warehouse.
- Make sure inventory in ERP system by posting all required documents related to receiving, shipping, put aways, picks, inventory transfers on timely basis.
- Managing shipments by preparing authorized orders, coordinating with couriers, sales department, and company driver to ensure shipments done on timely manner.
- Manage the receipts by accepting incoming shipments, customer returns and restocking.
- Planning and performing the transfers within different locations and bins to keep appropriate level of all type of inventory at each location.
- Doing regular cycle counts and helping year end counts as required.
- Preparing reports to keep inventories in the best conditions and avoiding over stock and dead products.
- Observe safety and security procedures, report, and repair potentially unsafe conditions.
- Following all safety precautions (i.e. lockouts) and procedures when carrying out work on equipment.
- Manage other related tasks like emptying the dust collectors, etc.
- Other warehouse and inventory management duties as required.

**Must have**:

- G License and/or Forklift license
- Written and Verbal communication in English is fluent.
- Intermediate knowledge of Computer skills
- 1 Year of experience in warehouse (management or supervising experience preferred)

**Salary**: From $50,000.00 per year

- ERP systems: 1 year (preferred)
- Warehouse management: 1 year (preferred)
