**Job Summary**

**Duties**
- Prepare surfaces for coating by cleaning, sanding, or masking as necessary.
- Inspect finished products for quality assurance, ensuring adherence to specifications.
- Perform routine maintenance on coating equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot any issues that arise during the coating process.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols at all times.
- Utilize hand tools, power tools, and machinery such as forklifts and cranes when necessary for handling materials.

**Qualifications**
- Mechanical knowledge is essential for understanding equipment operation and maintenance.
- Experience in fabrication, machining, welding, or assembly is preferred.
- Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
- Basic math skills are required for measuring materials and calculating coverage areas.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail is crucial for achieving high-quality finishes on coated products.

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

**Experience**:
