At **Solify,** you will be working closely with potential clients and guiding them through the process of converting from traditional power usage to clean and cost effective solar energy and guiding the sales team in the process. This role is perfect for an individual who is detail-oriented, driven, and punctual.

**This is a commission-based job. You will be provided with appointments every day.**

**Primary Responsibilities**
- Market Solify and Set-up new clients
- Capitalize on Generated Warm leads while supplementing with personal leads/referrals.
- Educate homeowners on the positive effects of Solar energy including cost savings, clean energy benefits, and worthwhile investment to clients’ homes.
- Assumptive mentality with virtual-online presentations and proposals
- Taking initiative to meet goals and contribute to team performance
- Following through on detail-oriented work and deadlines
- Taking responsibility for individual and shared tasks

Qualifications:

- Sales Experience minimum 2 years
- Be proficient with a computer
- Comfortable speaking over the phone
- Good at working as a team player
- Willing to go above set expectations
- Basic Excel knowledge
- Problem solving mindset

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $1,600.00-$2,000.00 per week

- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Weekends as needed
