We are looking for a Subcontractor preferably a someone with Roofer or Slider or Electrical experience to join our team. This will be a sub-contractor position responsible for estimates, service work, quoting, and the installation of our product.

Our core scope of work is residential and commercial LED lighting installation and repair/maintenance on the soffits of homes. **We are expanding into the GTA market and we are looking for someone who can grow with us long term and also grow their crew as we expand.**

You MUST be comfortable working at heights over 30 feet, be physically fit, to do what it takes to ensure the customer is satisfied with your work,.

Experience with a product similar to ours is considered an asset. Installers that hold quality control as a core function of their work will be given priority.
- Own Vehicle, ladders and tools
- WSIB
- Insurance with minimum $2million coverage
- Committed to go into a long term partnership.

Schedule:

- 10 to 12-hour shift
- Approximately 80 - 90hr work week in peak seasons

Any of this Experience:

- Roofing experience
- Siders experience
- Electrical experience
- General contractor experience

Payment: Piecework based
- $3.5-4.0 per linear feet. average linear feet per job is 150LF. A job takes an average of 6 hours to complete. So about $600 per home on average

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $25.00-$40.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- 12 hour shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- GTA, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- general contractor: 3 years (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- WSIB & $2 million Insurance Coverage (required)
- Driver's license, vehicle, ladders and tools for the job? (required)
