**About Us**:
Rafat General Contracting is a fast-growing, non-union company specializing in a wide range of construction projects, including site servicing, road construction, civil infrastructure and new building construction. We are currently seeking skilled and experienced **Concrete Finishers** to join our team.

**Responsibilities**:
As a Concrete Finisher at Rafat General Contracting, you will:

- **Pour, level, and finish** a variety of horizontal concrete surfaces, including:

- **Driveways**:

- **Sidewalks**:

- **Curbs and gutters**:

- **Slabs on grade** (for residential, commercial, and industrial projects)
- **Parking lots**:

- **Roadways and highways**:

- **Ramps** (for accessibility and industrial use)
- **Retaining walls and flat-topped structures**:

- Perform **forming carpentry** for these surfaces, including:

- Building and installing wood or metal forms.
- Measuring and cutting materials for precise surface dimensions.
- Ensuring forms are set to required grades, slopes, and alignments.
- Screeding, floating, edging, and troweling to achieve desired finishes.
- Texturing and stamping decorative concrete.
- Cutting and sealing control joints to prevent cracking.
- Work with a variety of concrete finishes, such as smooth, broomed, exposed aggregate, and decorative finishes.
- Inspect and repair finished concrete surfaces as needed, ensuring all projects meet company and client quality standards.
- Collaborate with supervisors and team members to meet project timelines and safety standards.
